Rao Bahadur T.M.Chinnayya Pillai headed the Advisory Committee of the College. Comprising of the following members:
Diwan Bahadur Narayanaswami Pillai, Thiru. Mu. Aa. Chidambaram, ‘Isai Arasu Thiru.M.M.Dandapani Desikar, Professor Le. Pa. Karu Ramanathan Chettiar, Professor P.Sambamoorthy, Thiruppampuram Thiru. T. N. Swaminatha Pillai and many others.
The following Isai Peraringnars Ariyakkudi Ramanuja Iyengar, Thiruvidaimarudur P. S. Veerusami Pillai, Palakkad T. S. Mani Iyer, Pazhani M. Subramania Pillai, Tmt. M. L. Vasanthakumari, Madurai Thiru.S.Somasundaram, Dr. S. Ramanathan, Seergazhi.Thiru. S.Govindarajan and Thiru.C.S.Murugabhoopathy served in the capacity of Honorary Principals for the evening session of this College.
At the inception of the Tamil Isai Kalloori, Keezhvelur Meenakshi Sundaram Pillai served as the Principal of the College. After his period, Tanjai Ka.Pa.Krishnamoorthi Pillai and Chittoor V.Ramachandran also served the College. Following them both Thiru.T.Sankaran and Mee.Pa.Somasundaram served as the Directors of the evening college.
Till 18-05-2010, Professor Dr. Tiruppampuram S. Shanmughasundaram worked as the Director of both the morning and evening sessions of the College.
Next Professor Kalaimamani Sangeetha Vidwan, Dr. P. T. Chelladurai served as the Principal of the Day College which was established in 1995. He was also the Director for the Day College from 2010. Kalaimamani Vedaranyam V. G. Balasubramaniam served as the Vice-Principal for the evening College.
For the Academic year 2008 to 2009, Dr.A.Sumati was the Principal-in-charge and from2010 to 2012 she served in the capacity of the Principal of the College (Both day and evening). Following her Dr.Lakshmi Podhuval served as the Principal of the College from 2012-2013 to 2016. At present Dr. V. V. Meenakshi is serving as the Principal of the College.
